Frequently Asked Questions
A supply only order includes the purchase of the kitchen, appliances, and accessories only. The installation of your kitchen will be arranged privately with yourself and your chosen installer.
Our Customer Service Team are unable to give fitting advice. We have however, made some handy installation guides which you can click here to access them.
In the unlikely event there are any damages or missing items with your order we do hold lead time of up to 10-day working days for any replacement items.
Any issues can be reported through your account which can be found on the my accounts page, or the Wren App.
All integrated appliances (excluding tower fridge and freezers) are not supplied with a unit. The appliance should be installed with the legs provided by the manufacturer and will then have a unit or décor panel either side. Once the plinth and appliance door front are attached this will make it appear as though the appliance is fully integrated. Please click here to see our handy installation video.
Slimline integrated appliance doors should be provided with hinge plugs which will go inside of the pre-drilled holes, this will allow the appliance fixings to be drilled into this area and installed as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
Standard integrated doors will be provided with no hinge holes and your installer should follow the manufacturers guidelines on mounting the door.
The plinth under your dishwasher will require a small cut out to allow the door to open sufficiently. A plinth cut out kit will be provided with your order which includes graphite edge banding tape. This can be applied to the raw cut out to seal the plinth and make the cut out appear as a shadow from a distance.
Please check inside all your drawer base units as these are usually packaged inside. A label should have been applied to the box of where this will be stored.
Any additional items can be purchased directly through your local showroom. Please note items such as baskets and shelves cannot be purchased additionally due to Health & Safety measures when testing unit weight.
Once your order has been contracted and delivered, unfortunately, our Wren installation service cannot be purchased. Our installation service needs to be purchased along with your kitchen at the design stage.
The warranty for your appliance is held directly with the manufacturer. If there is a fault with your appliance, please contact the manufacturer directly. They will require information from the appliance ratings plate. Click on the brand of your appliance and this will direct you to their page to confirm the information required. (Bosch, Neff, AEG, CDA, Matrix, Faber, Zanussi, Miele, Stoves, Samsung, Hoover)
A brand new stainless steel sink will be more susceptible to scratches during the first few uses, however, these should disappear after a few days. Stainless sinks are scratch-resistant, but not scratch-proof. With extra care and maintenance, your sink will become more scratch-resistant and will look its best for longer.
