Yes, at Wren Kitchens we offer a Wren expert installation service to ensure the fitting of your kitchen goes as smoothly as possible. To find out more about our installation service, please click here.
Once you have discovered your dream Wren Kitchen and placed your order, we will aim to deliver your kitchen within four weeks. If you have opted for Wren Installation this lead time will be subject to your installer availability. A number of our kitchen ranges also have an expedited 7-day delivery service available, to find out more, please discuss directly with your designer.
After you have confirmed when you would like to receive your new kitchen, our dedicated delivery support team will contact you seven days before your delivery to confirm the day we are in your area and provide a delivery time slot.
Yes, we offer a completely free service to design your kitchen. You will have a personal meeting with one of our designers, who will produce a computer-generated 3D plan of your room based on your ideas, showing how all the elements fit together and work in your unique space. It couldn't be easier.
Yes, one of our specialist surveyors will visit your home to measure your room and identify utilities and services. It is a non-invasive survey meaning they will not move any floor coverings or fixtures during their visit.
The home measure will typically take between 30-60 minutes. Your measurements will then be sent back to your Wren Designer, and we will be in touch to arrange a Design Appointment in one of our showrooms at a time that suits you.

If you have purchased Wren installation with your new kitchen, you will be assigned an Installation co-ordinator from our head office. They will keep you up to date with the progress of your order and will be your main point of contact for any questions you may have. If you haven't purchased Wren installation, you can contact your designer at your local showroom, and they will be more than happy to help.
All our units are made to order, so if you have any changes to the order, they must be advised a minimum of 28 days before delivery. As your kitchen is made to order, you cannot amend any items after this date once the contract has been signed.
Yes, all our kitchens come with a guarantee to give you peace of mind. We are so confident in the quality of our units that we offer some of the longest warranties in the industry!
