A 10% deposit is required when your order is placed. The remaining balance will be required 28 days before delivery of your kitchen. We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard. You can also pay by cash, cheque or BACs, if you prefer.
Your designer will be able to provide you with your VAT receipt once your kitchen has been delivered. If you would like a proforma invoice pre-delivery, please request this from your designer. All our showroom contact details can be found here.
If your order has Wren installation, you need to email the planning permission documentation to your designer, who will then forward the documents to the Wren finance team. Once the documents have been reviewed and accepted, this will result in 0% VAT on all items except appliances (which will be charged at standard rate). Your refund will be raised to you as a cheque. Note: the address of the property on the planning permission must match the delivery address of the kitchen.
If the order does not have Wren installation, you will need to apply for the VAT refund through HMRC directly.
An EU export certificate or shipping waybill/invoice will be required. This must include the supplier (Wren Kitchens) name and address, type of goods shipped, customer order number, value of good, exporter, shipper, export destination and transport method. This can be provided to your kitchen designer who can contact our Wren finance team. This will result in 0% VAT on all items.

A finance agreement number is the reference number used by Barclays. You will need this to discuss your finance with Barclays. The confirmation documentation you have received will include this 16-digit number. Alternatively, your designer can provide you with this if required.
