Installation
Frequently Asked Questions
The installation service offered by Wren includes the installation of the units, décor accessories, handles, tekwall, flooring and appliances (not including connections) supplied by Wren. Anything outside of this is classed as supplementary works and is not included in the installation costs, for example this would be the gas connection of the hob. Wren do not co-ordinate or manage any of the supplementary works and this would be between you and your chosen installer to undertake the works.
This is installation of the units, décor accessories and appliances supplied by Wren. For a full list of what is included, please refer to the ‘Guide to Wren approved installation works’ in your charter pack.
Supplementary works are additional works agreed between you and your installer, this would include gas hob connection, water connection and any electrical work that may be required within your kitchen.
Wren installation does not include any supplementary works, however, your Wren approved installer may be able to carry this out for you privately. This would need to be discussed with your installer directly. Please note TekBrick is supplementary work and would not be carried out by your Wren installer.
Your Wren approved installer will require there to be a clear working space, ensure all cupboards are emptied prior to the kitchen removal and ensure any works are carried out prior to the start of your kitchen installation. This is to ensure that there are no unnecessary delays to your kitchen installation.
Your installer will contact you prior to your installation date to confirm a time of arrival.
During your installation you can discuss any issues with your Wren installer. They're in the best position to resolve any queries you may have.
We aim to book your Quartz or Granite worktop template on day 4 or 5 of your Wren installation. Your installation co-ordinator will liaise directly with your installer to ensure this is booked in accordance with the progress of your kitchen installation.
We would kindly advise to highlight this to your Wren installer who will be able to contact their dedicated team at our head office and have this resolved as quickly as possible. Any required replacements will be placed on the soonest available delivery.
