8 Limitation on our liability

9 Events beyond our control
We shall have no liability to you for any breach of these Terms caused by any event or circumstance
beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, any act, event, non-occurrence, omission
or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes, in particular (without limitation), failure
of energy sources or transport network, acts of God, war, terrorism, riot, civil commotion, interference
by civil or military authorities, national or international calamity, armed conflict, malicious
damage, breakdown of plant or machinery, nuclear, chemical or biological contamination, sonic boom,
explosions, collapse of building structures, fires, floods, storms, earthquakes, loss at sea, epidemics
or similar events, natural disasters or extreme adverse weather conditions, or default of suppliers

be severed from the remaining terms, conditions and provisions which will continue to be valid to the

14 Law and jurisdiction
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this policy's subject matter or formation
(including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law. Any dispute or claim
arising out of or in connection with such policy or their formation (including non-contractual disputes
or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Wren Kitchens price-match appliances only from the following retailers; AO.com,
Appliance Direct, Euronics, Argos, B&Q, Currys, John Lewis, Magnet and Wickes.

The prize draw runs on a monthly basis.
All winners will be announced within the 1st week of each month.
If you win a competition, we will notify you by telephone or e-mail. If we cannot contact you or you do not respond within two weeks, we reserve the right to offer the prize to another competition entrant.
The prize for the winner is £750 paid by cheque. Payment will only be made if a video case study is agreed.
You must be a customer of Wren Kitchens and the kitchen photographed must be the Wren kitchen purchased.
By sharing your details and photographs, you are giving Wren Kitchens
permission to publish it on their website and in any form of marketing activity.
Only one entry can be made per customer. All duplicate submissions will be ignored.
Wren Kitchens reserves the right to extend the timeframe or withdraw the prize draw at any point.

17 Interest Free Credit
Three (3) years interest free credit is available when you spend £3,000 or more on a kitchen, available on Vogue and Infinity kitchens only.
Five (5) years interest free credit is available when you spend £5,000 or more on a kitchen, available on Infinity Plus kitchens only.
Example: Total kitchen price £5,000 minus 10% deposit of £500 followed by 60 monthly payments of £75. Total amount paid £5,000.
Finance is available up to £50,000. Applying for finance is subject to application and status.
Wren Kitchens Limited acts as a credit broker and not the lender.
Barclays Partner Finance acts as the lender.
18 NPS Invitations
Reviews must be submitted by 31st March 2019.
The winner will be selected at random to win the £1,000 cash reward.
Only one entry is permitted per person.
The winner will be contacted within seven days of the competition closing.
If a winner does not respond to within 7 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be
forfeited and Wren Kitchens shall be entitled to select another winner.
The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, other than employees of Wren Kitchens Ltd, its
agencies or their immediate families.
The prize is subject to availability. Wren Kitchens Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize
of equivalent or greater value if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control. No cash
alternative will be offered for any prize.
