Installation Services Conditions

Wren does not provide installation services.

We have contracted with a professional installation services company (the “Fitter”) to provide expert, fully-coordinated installation services to you.

We have negotiated competitive rates with the Fitter for the benefit of our customers.

Installation services cover Products purchased only from Wren and do not include utility hook‑up.

Payment for the installation services is due to Wren at the time of your purchase of the Products.

The Fitter will receive payment for its services upon receipt of a completion certificate that you sign indicating that you are happy with and accept the installation services provided.

The Fitter provides a one year warranty for the installation services, as further described in the Protection Plan, a copy of which has been provided to you with your Order.

Your sole remedy for any deficiencies in the installation services is as outlined in the Protection Plan.

We do not provide any warranty concerning the installation services. However, we will provide reasonable assistance should you intend to make a warranty claim against the Fitter.

You should carefully review the Protection Plan, these Installation Terms and the Sale Terms for applicable limitations.
