To enter the Wren Awards 2022, please share a still image of your kitchen on Instagram or Facebook using #wrenovation and #wrenawards2022.
You have until 23:59pm on 28/12/22 to enter.
Once all entries have been received, we will draw up a shortlist from each category and ask the public to help us pick our winners.

Terms and Conditions
Subject to the Wren Kitchens “Wren Awards” Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) below, Wren Kitchens Ltd (the “Sponsor”) offers you the opportunity to win one (1) Wren Award (£250 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card). There are five (5) awards available. These Terms govern the “Wren Awards” competition (“Competition”). Please read the Terms carefully. Participation in this Competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and the Company’s Privacy Policy Competition Rules can be found at [Wren UK Blog Link].
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible for the Competition you must, as of the date of entry, (i) be a UK resident (ii) be at least 18 years of age. The Competition is not open to employees of Wren Kitchens, their group companies or family members, nor anyone else connected to the Competition.
COMPETITION PERIOD:
All entries must be submitted between 12:00 on Friday 23rd December and 23:59 on Wednesday, 28th December 2022.
The Sponsor can suspend or terminate the Competition at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. [Notice of suspension or termination of the Content will be posted on Wren’s UK Blog at [https://www.wrenkitchens.com/blog/
All submissions to the Competition (“Entries”) must be received during the Competition Period. Entries received prior to the Initial Competition Period or after the Sponsor has terminated or suspended the Competition will be disqualified.
COMPETITION DESCRIPTION / HOW TO ENTER:
To Enter you must complete the following actions:
- Post an image of your kitchen on Instagram
- Ensure your caption includes both the hashtags “wrenovation” and “wrenawards2022”.
Entries incorrectly submitted will not be entered into this Competition.
If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Awards, please email social@wrenkitchens.com with “Wren Kitchens Awards 2022” in the subject line.
Do not email us to enter; only email if you have difficulties entering.
Limit one Entry per Entrant. In case of multiple Entries received from the same Entrant, only one Entry will be considered, at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an Entry, the Entry will be deemed to be submitted by the natural person who is assigned the email address that was used to submit the entry. Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant; group Entries are not permissible. Any attempt by any Entrant to enter by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, or other methods will void that Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified, at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification.
By submitting an Entry, you warrant and represent to Sponsor that:
(a) you have all of the rights and authority necessary to submit the Entry in the Competition in compliance with these Terms, including the right to contract in your own name, the right to publish the image submission, and the right to grant the rights granted here under;
(b) The Entry is in all respects free and clear of all claims and rights of third parties;
(c) The Entry is the original work of you, is owned by you, including the copyright therein;
(d) The Entry complies with the requirements set forth in these Terms;
(e) You have not made any commitment for the use or publication of the Entry to any person or Entity for any commercial purposes or otherwise made any commitment in a manner that would conflict with the rights and licenses granted to Sponsor as described in these Terms.
Sponsor does not assume responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, damaged, mutilated, or corrupted Entries; any human error, computer, on-line, telephone, network, or technical malfunctions that may occur; e-mail service issues or downtime; or for any printing, typographical, or other errors in any materials associated with the Competition; or for the incorrect or inaccurate capture of the Entry or other information or failure to capture any such information. All Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned to the Entrant.
SUBMISSION CRITERIA:
Entrants will be judged on an image or images created by the Entrant. All images must be originally created and must not previously have been submitted to another Competition or promotion, or licensed or assigned to a third party.
Entries must be show kitchens purchased from Wren Kitchens and installed between 01/01/2022 and 22/12/2022.
The Sponsor is entitled, at its sole discretion, to require the Winners of the Competition (the “Winners”) to provide proof that the kitchen depicted in the Entry was originally purchased from the Sponsor. To verify that the kitchen was originally purchased from the Sponsor, upon the Sponsor’s request, the Winners must submit either the make and model of the kitchen, or the order number. The Sponsor is entitled to require any additional information it deems necessary to verify that the kitchen was originally purchased from the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that the Sponsor deems, in its sole discretion, cannot be verified as originally purchased from the Sponsor.
Entrants may not: (a) submit Material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libellous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offence, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate; (b) submit Material that is in violation of or contrary to any applicable federal, state, municipal or local laws or regulations; (c) impersonate another person or otherwise misrepresents another individual’s identity; or, (hd otherwise violate applicable law. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Entry that, in its sole discretion, violates any of these criteria.
You understand and acknowledge that your Entry may receive exposure on the Internet or other public forums, where the Entry may be the subject of public comments. Sponsor is not responsible for any remarks, including any critical or derogatory remarks, posted by the public pertaining to you or your Entry.
SPONSOR’S USE OF ENTRIES:
By submitting an Entry, you grant Sponsor a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, publish, display, and broadcast your Entry (including, but not limited to, your name, picture or pictures, video or videos, likeness, kitchen specifications, or any other details included in the Entry) in connection with the Competition, Sponsor’s social media pages, Sponsor’s website and Sponsor’s (and its successor’s) business in any media formats (including television), and through any media channels. The right and license granted to Sponsor includes, without limitation, the right of Sponsor to (a) post the Entry on Sponsor’s social media pages and website; (b) provide the Entry to the judges; (c) use the Entry to promote Sponsor’s products in any current or future marketing campaigns or initiatives; (d) maintain the Entry in Sponsor’s database for the purpose of keeping records of the Competition; (e) edit, modify, format, or adapt the Entry for Sponsor’s own purposes and use such revised version to the same extent as the original Entry; and (f) use the Entry for advertising and promotional purposes. You also waive and release any rights of privacy and publicity in connection with the use of your first name, picture, video, likeness, or other information. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the Entries, including, without limitation, the Entry submitted by the Winners. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights, other than the limited rights and licenses granted in these Terms, will remain with the Entrant. However, Sponsor reserves the right to require the Winners to execute an assignment agreement, transferring all intellectual property rights in the Winners’s submitted Entry to Sponsor.
You understand and acknowledge that your Entry may receive exposure on the Internet or other public forums, where the Entry may be the subject of public comments. Sponsor is not responsible for any remarks, including any critical or derogatory remarks, posted by the public pertaining to you or your Entry.
WINNERS SELECTION PROCESS:
All entries will be assessed and verified before ten (10) entries are chosen per category by an independent panel. The categories are as follows:
- Best Modern Kitchen
- Best Traditional Kitchen
- Best Space Saving Kitchen
- Most Unique Kitchen
- Wren Kitchen of the Year 2022
Once selected, entries within each of the categories will be posted on Wren Kitchens’s Instagram (@wrenkitchens) and Wren Kitchens’s Facebook pages. The voting process will begin at 19:00 on 5th January 2023 and will close at 23:59 on 68h January.
Each comment containing the letter assigned to the chosen image, will be counted as one vote, and one vote only. Multiple votes per comment will invalid the vote.
Only one vote per individual, per channel will be counted.
The Winners will be contacted during the week following the Competition Period via direct message on Instagram. Direct messages will be sent to the account associated with the Competition entry. It is each Entrant’s responsibility to timely check his/her DM’s for any notifications or messages from Sponsor and to ensure that Entrant’s Instagram account settings allow the Entrant to receive notifications and messages from Sponsor. If the Winners does not respond to Wren Kitchens within five (5) days of being notified by Wren Kitchens, then the Winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Wren Kitchens shall be entitled to select another Winners.
If a Winners rejects their prize, then the Winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Wren Kitchens shall be entitled to select another Winners.
By accepting the prize, the Winners represents and warrants that he/she is in compliance with these Terms and consents to Sponsor’s use of his/her name or his/her showroom location.
The surname and showroom location of the Winners will be published at www.wrenkitchens.com/blog following the Winner’s acceptance of the prize; unless, in the email in which the Winners accepts the prize, the Winners requests that the Sponsor not publish their name and showroom location. The Sponsor shall not be held civilly or criminally liable for its failure to honour such a request.
All decisions of the Sponsor will be final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right not to select a Winners if, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, it does not receive a sufficient number of eligible and qualified Entries. If a Winners is not selected, then the prize for that Competition Period may not be awarded, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Entrant found tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Competition; attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Competition, or to other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Competition; to be acting in violation of these Terms; to be acting in a manner that is fraudulent; or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sponsor reserves the right to review and investigate all Competition entries as it deems fair and appropriate.
UPDATES AND CHANGES TO THESE TERMS:
Sponsor can update these Terms at any time without prior notice. If Sponsor modifies these Terms, it will post the modification on its website and such modification is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Competition after modification shall constitute acceptance of such modification.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Entrant or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of Entries in the Competition. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft, or destruction. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to Entrants or caused by Entrants or to Entrants’ or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Competition. If, for any reason, the Competition is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, could corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Competition, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Competition and select the Winners from Entries received prior to the action taken. In no event will Sponsor or its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, shareholders, advertising or promotional agencies, or their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives, or agents, or prize sponsors, be responsible or liable (a) for any damages or losses of any kind (including direct), in the aggregate, that exceed the aggregate value of the prize awarded during one Competition Period or (b) for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages or damages for lost profits, revenue, or opportunity, or for business interruption, in each case, arising out of the conduct of, or any Entrant’s participation in, the Competition. Sponsor makes no warranties, and hereby disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, concerning any prize furnished in connection with the Competition. Without limiting the foregoing, any prize won is provided “as is” without warranty or condition of any kind, either express or implied, including the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties and conditions, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.
SEVERABILITY: If any one or more provisions of these Terms are held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability will not affect the validity, effect, or enforcement of any other provision or provisions of these Terms.
PRIVACY: By entering the Competition, Entrants will be sharing their personal information with Sponsor. For the purposes of administering the Competition, the Sponsor will collect from the Entrant the Entrant’s first name, surname and username. By entering, each Entrant agrees to Sponsor’s use of Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of this Competition (including the proper administration and fulfilment of this Competition) as outlined in these Terms. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable Privacy Policy of Sponsor, to the extent it applies, these Terms will control.
