Countertops

If you have purchased Quartz, or Granite countertops a template appointment will be required. This is the process of measuring up for your solid surface. The template forms a plan for us to be able to produce the countertops that are completely bespoke to your kitchen.

Typically, a template appointment takes between 1–3 hours. This is dependent on the size and design of the kitchen. The installation will take between 2–3 hours, also dependant on the size and complexity of the kitchen design.

All template appointments are booked in advance to your kitchen delivery directly with the countertop supplier. Should your template date need amending we will always try to accommodate where possible dependent on availability.

You or your appointed representative must be present during the template and installation. The templating will finalize vital decisions regarding your countertops including position of joints, overhangs, and other key finishing touches.

You must also be present at installation to ensure you are happy with the countertops and can discuss any questions you may have.

Once the template has been completed changes cannot be made. It is vital you are on site for your template so you can confirm any changes, this allows our team to begin production of your countertops as quickly as possible.

Our Quartz and Granite countertops can take up to 14 working days from the date of your template until completion. After the template appointment, you will be provided with an installation date to allow you to keep up with the progress of your order.
