Omelette with Asparagus, Prague Ham and Cheese

Master the art of making the perfect omelette. With prague ham, melted cheese and fresh asparagus, this omelette recipe will make a delicious breakfast or lunch!


  • 2 knobs butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 100g prague ham
  • 80g smoked stringy cheese
  • 12 boiled asparagus
  • Salt & Pepper to taste


Let’s start with beating eggs and seasoning them with salt and pepper.

Next, let’s turn on the stove.

Place on it a non-stick frying pan greased with butter.

Next up, pour a quarter of the egg mixture and lay cheese strips, Prague ham slices

and 3 asparagus on one half of the omelette.

At this point, fold the omelette into a pocket, cook for a couple of minutes and serve piping hot.
