Oats make for a great breakfast as they are really filling and there slow releasing energy should keep you full up until lunch time.
If you struggle to find the time to sit down and eat in the morning, a breakfast smoothie that you can prepare to eat on the go could be the perfect solution. Smoothies are also a great way to cram in a few portions of fruit and veg before the day has even got started.
