Choosing an ultra-contemporary kitchen for a gothic building seems like an unlikely pairing. For architect Martin and partner Helen, who have spent the past two years converting a North Yorkshire church into a home, it was a marriage made in heaven.
The strong sleek lines of the Infinity Plus Milano Ultra works brilliantly with the dramatic architecture. Island and base cabinets are in Bianco gloss and framed by a bank of tower cabinets in Pencil satin. Keeping to the simple yet stunning color palette is a sparkling Quartz countertop that reflects light from the church’s magnificent windows.
The result is a stylish yet warm and welcoming space that Martin and Helen use for entertaining and working – where friends and family love to congregate.
