- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 300ml milk
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 1/4 cups self-raising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp butter, melted
Put flour, baking powder, egg, milk, and melted butter into a bowl.
Mix everything on a medium speed.
Next, add the blueberries to the batter and gently fold them in.
Heat some butter in a large non-stick frying pan.
Add a ladle of the batter per pancake into the pan and bake until bubbles form on the surface of the pancake. Turn and cook until golden.
Repeat until all the batter is used up.
Enjoy with maple syrup.
