Their favourite part of this kitchen was the island where Melanie and their friends loved to watch Max cooking up a storm. “When we were selling the real estate agents made the kitchen the headline image on the listing on Right Move and Zoopla and basically that was the thing that sold the house.
"I think without this kitchen we wouldn’t have got near the asking price. We’re buying our new property shortly and that needs a new kitchen in the main house so we’ll definitely be going to Wren to get their help,” explains Melanie.
Top Tip
Melanie: “I wanted marble worktops originally and Julia our designer talked me out of that, suggesting quartz which looks like marble but is way more versatile in terms of maintenance and I’m super happy with the finish. To be honest we couldn’t afford to do the whole kitchen in the quartz so she suggested mixing it with some of the wood block and I love the two different styles.”
