Functions

INTENSIVE SPEED
The intensive speed function increases the motor speed to the highest setting for 6 minutes to clear cooking odours and steam before reverting back to the previous setting.
 
WATERPROOF
The Galileo hood motor can withstand accidental spills and will continue to run even when wet. Any liquid spilled during cooking flows directly into a suction grille and is collected in a reservoir with a 1 litre capacity under the hood which is easily accessible to empty.
 
BOOST
The Boost function is even more powerful than the intensive speed setting and has the power to eliminate even the most persistent steam and cooking odours in just minutes.
 
SPACE SAVING
The motor’s compact design also means that Galileo is the only product in its class that leaves enough free space inside the cabinet for an under-sink style utensil drawer to be fitted immediately beneath.
 
2 BRIDGE ZONES
The bridging zones allow the cooking area to be increased to suit larger pans or griddle plates. The 4 zones on either side of the extractor can be used independently or bridged together to create 2 extra-large cooking areas.
 
BRUSHLESS MOTOR
Fabers brushless motor provides excellent extractionefficiency whilst also being the most energy efficient and silent motor of its kind.
 
AUTOMATIC FUNCTION
The hood will turn on automatically when the hob zones are turned on. The speed will increase alongside the increase in hob power to reflect the higher cooking temperatures.
 
TIMER
The hob timer helps to manage the cooking timer by alerting the user when a cooking time is finished . Each cooking zone can be set individuallly.
 
BOOSTER
The Booster function increases the hob zone power to the maximum level for 10 minutes before returning to the previous setting. This is useful fo boiling water quickly.
 
LIGHT DIMMER
The light dimmer function adjusts the hoods lighting to a more comfortable setting
