Today the UK’s number one kitchen retailer, Wren Kitchens, officially opened its 83rd showroom with Shrewsbury Mayor Cllr Phil Gillam cutting the ribbon.
The state-of-the-art showroom at Sundorne Retail Park has created 23 new jobs locally including managers, designers, surveyors and advisors to ensure customers experience a first-class service from start to finish.
Wren donated £500 to the Mayor’s chosen charity, The Samaritans of Shrewsbury, which provides a listening ear and a helping hand for people dealing with stress, anxiety, worries, depression, grief or despair.
The Mayor of Shrewsbury, Cllr Phil Gillam, said: “One of the happiest jobs I have as the mayor is to welcome new enterprises to our vibrant and beautiful town, so it gives me great pleasure to be here for the opening of Wren Kitchens and I wish them the very best in the months and years to come.”
Wren is all about offering its customers affordable luxury kitchens and with 10 million different combinations the possibilities are endless to perfectly tailor a kitchen.
“It was great to experience such a genuine warm welcome by the community and the Mayor of Shrewsbury,” added Wren Kitchens Shrewsbury Manager, Richard Crookes.
“For most purchasing a kitchen is a once in a lifetime project, so we’re here to help every step of the way to offer expert advice and hints and tips to create that affordable, luxury kitchen you’ve always been dreaming of!”
