This is a basic Dim Sum recipe, although it can be tinkered with as much as you like to make it vegan, vegetarian or fish friendly. I’ve tried it with lean minced pork, chick breast and prawn. Each one has been totally delicious, so just go with whichever you fancy – or what you’ve got in the fridge!
Make a circle with your thumb and forefinger, gently press the wonton into a circle and scrunch the wonton wrapper around the filling.
