Juicy Gin Poached Nectarines Perfect for Parties with Neff

Looking for a Friday night treat? Then look no further than this party-inspired pud which is bound to be a winner! With lashings of gin and sweet, juicy caramelised nectarines, it’s a real mouth-pleaser especially for a gathering of friends.

We team up with our appliance partner Neff to bring this easy recipe to you:

Serves 4

Cook: 10 minutes with an Induction Hob


  • 4 Nectarines
  • 55g Butter
  • 55g Brown sugar
  • 3 tbsps Rasbperry /Rhubarb Gin


In a frying pan melt the butter on level 4 and add sugar bubble gently for 2-3 minutes until syrupy.

Quarter the Nectarines and remove stone. Add to the pan and cook for 3-5 minutes untiljust soft. (This will depend upon ripeness.)

Once softened remove to serving dish before making the syrup).

Add the flavoured Gin, turn heat up to level 6 to thicken and reduce the syrup.

This should only take 2-3 minutes but ensure it’s thick enough to coat before pouring over the nectarines.

Serve hot or cold with cream or ice cream.
