Terms & Conditions

1. Registration into the Instagram Live with Alix (@mykitchendrawer) will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To register your interest in the bake-along and claim one of the 300 free baking kits, you must complete the required details on the registration form.
3. The free baking kits are open to residents of the UK aged 16 and under.
4. Only one entry per person. Entries must be made by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.
5. Data collected (i.e. name, email address and delivery address) will be used solely for the purpose of dispatching the free baking kit. Once the kit has been dispatched, personal details will be removed from our systems within 7 working days, unless consent has been given to notify the participant of further baking promotions ONLY or have signed up to receive further marketing communications from Wren Kitchens by giving consent during the registration process.
6. Registration for the free baking kits closes at 23.59 on 08/02/2021. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
7. You will receive your baking kit by the 13/02/21.
8. The Instagram Live with Alix will take place on Saturday 13th February 2021 at 10:30am. The entire demonstration will take approximately 45 minutes.

10. The free baking kits are subject to availability. If your chosen baking kit is no longer available, you may receive the alternative. All entries are based on first-come, first-serve.
11. You will receive confirmation of your successful application by 11th February 2021.
12. The free baking kits are provided and dispatched by “Honeywell Biscuit Co”. Names and delivery addresses will be supplied to the third party to allow for dispatch ONLY. Any questions or concerns with regards to the kits should be directed to “Honeywell Biscuit Co.”.
13. The “Love Bug” baking kit contains: Plain Flour, Caster Sugar, Icing Sugar, Light Soft Brown Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Belgian Dark Chocolate [Sugar, Cocoa, Cocoa Butter, Sugar Eyes and a Cookie Cutter. The following are NOT included and you will be required to supply: Butter, Milk, Eggs.
14. The baking kits contain the following allergens – wheat (gluten), milk and soya and are packed in a bakery that handles peanuts, nuts and sesame. Both baking kits are suitable for vegetarians.
15. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Wren Kitchens for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
16. Wren Kitchens accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of registering for the live Instagram bake-along.
17. Wren Kitchens reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this social campaign with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Wren Kitchens in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Wren Kitchens shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
