Terms and Conditions
1. The ‘Win Your Dream Kitchen’ competition (the “Competition”) is open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
2. The ‘Win Your Dream Kitchen’ competition also includes a personal styling consultation with Heather Adams from @interior_styling_18.
3. The Competition is not open to employees of Wren Kitchens or Electrolux, their group companies or family members, nor anyone else connected to the Competition.
4. By entering the competition, you agree to the fact that we may contact you in order to obtain the contact details for any third parties including contractors who have provided you with installation or other related services in order to perform a contract or where we have a legitimate interest to do so in connection with the provision of services. 5. Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
6. To Enter you must complete the following actions, dependent on the Social Media channel on which you are entering:
- Facebook – Follow Wren Kitchens & AEG UK on Facebook. Like, share and comment on the Competition post(s) with a picture of your current kitchen.
- Twitter – Follow @WrenKitchens. Like, retweet and comment with a picture of your current kitchen on the Competition post(s).
- Instagram – Follow @wrenkitchens & @aeg.uk on Instagram. Like, repost to your story and comment on the Competition post(s). Share a picture of your current kitchen with the hashtag #INeedANewKitchen and tag @wrenkitchens and @aeg.uk.
If you do not take the above steps in line with these Terms and Conditions your submission will not be valid. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Competition, please email media@wrenkitchens.com with “AEG Kitchen Giveaway 2022” in the subject line. Do not email us to enter; only email if you have difficulties entering. Entries incorrectly submitted to the email address and not through the link will not be entered into this Competition.
7. The competition is open to new customers only. If you are currently in active discussion with Wren about your project, have a quote from Wren or have purchased in the last 12 months, your entry will not be counted.
8. One entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
9. The Competition closes at 23.59 on 01/05/2022. Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.
10. All entries will be assessed and verified before one winner will be chosen by an independent panel of kitchen designers who will look at which kitchen is in most need of a refresh.
11. One winner will receive up to £15,000 of credit to spend at Wren Kitchens.
12. AEG will cover the cost of the kitchen (units and appliances) up to the value of £10,000.
13. The appliances chosen for the kitchen must be from AEG and available from Wren Kitchens.
14. Wren Kitchens will cover the cost of installation up to the value £5,000, additional to the value of the kitchen.
15. The winner must redeem their prize by 01/11/2022. All arrangements for fitting will be made in collaboration with the customer but in any case within [months of choosing their kitchen]. All services shall be performed in accordance with appropriate social distancing so long as such governmental restrictions exist.
16. The winner will be contacted via the Social Media channel on which they entered the competition by the official Wren Kitchens account and then notified by email/telephone no later than 13/05/2022. If the winner does not respond to Wren Kitchens within five days of being notified by Wren Kitchens, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Wren Kitchens shall be entitled to select another winner. If a winner rejects their prize, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and Wren Kitchens shall be entitled to select another winner.
17. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
18. The surname and county of the winner will be published at www.wrenkitchens.com for fourteen days after the closing date. If you do not wish for your surname and county included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify Wren Kitchens Ltd within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of the promotion.
19. The winner will be required to participate in a #wrenovation video and consent to this being used across the Wren Kitchens digital and offline channels, including (but not exclusive to) www.wrenkitchens.com, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Your KitchenMagazine.
20. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the liability of Wren Kitchens for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
21. Wren Kitchens accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
22. Wren Kitchens reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Wren Kitchens in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. Wren Kitchens shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
24. Wren Kitchens shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, pandemics (including government imposed lockdowns or similar restrictions) supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
