With many years of industry experience, our plan checking team ensure that all plans checked meet with our quality requirements and comply with relevant legislation to ensure your new Wren Kitchen is perfect.
Once you have finished designing your dream kitchen at one of our showrooms, you can walk away with a week-commencing delivery date to suit you. We can normally deliver your new kitchen within four weeks of placing your order.
Your Kitchen delivery
Our specialist delivery team will call you 7 days before your delivery, to confirm the exact delivery date of your kitchen, along with an AM/PM time slot. Then on the day of delivery, your allocated driver will call you 1 hour before your delivery is due to let you know your beautiful new kitchen is on its way.
We recommend you clear a clean and dry space in your home prior to delivery as your new kitchen may take up more space than you think. There must be safe and clear access to your premises for the delivery driver and vehicle.
To keep your installation hassle free, for a relatively small fee you can opt in to our waste-removal service to come to remove and dispose of your old kitchen. During the installation your Wren kitchen fitter will disconnect gas, electrics and water using qualified tradesmen. They will also remove old appliances, kitchen cabinets and any wall tiling. The kitchen waste, packaging and off-cuts will then all be neatly piled ready for collection. The waste collection will then be organised by Wren, normally within 2 working days of the specified advised finish date of your kitchen fit. The waste is removed and disposed of at a licensed facility, leaving you to enjoy your new kitchen.
At Wren Kitchens we are able to supply more than just a high-quality kitchen. We can also provide you with an affordable and professional installation service, which is project managed from start-to-finish.
Once your kitchen is complete your Wren installer will contact the showroom to inform them it’s finished. All our customers are then asked to complete a post-installation survey to ensure that they are satisfied with the end result. Your customer feedback is extremely valuable to us to ensure that you are happy with your purchase, and so we can continue to improve as a business.
