Standard features you can expect from Wren

Soft Closing Door Hinges

There are several types of soft closing door systems, the most common being the two piece. The advantage of this system is that it is cheap to produce but unfortunately, this system is not robust or aesthetically pleasing.

Our interpretation of standard is different

In our book, a complete kitchen cabinet means just that. Wren Kitchen cabinets are built to a very high specification for a very sensible price. All of our kitchen cabinets include top of the range features fitted as standard.

Wren Kitchens have opted to use the better option - the Blum 110 Soft Close Door System. This attaches to the hinge arm and goes virtually unnoticed. The main advantage of this system is it's quality - it lasts for years and is far superior to the two piece system.

Soft Closing Drawers

Soft closing drawer systems have come a very long way during the past few years. Wren Kitchens have again decided to go for the best. The system we use is found on many of the expensive German kitchen cabinets. It's ultra smooth action moves effortlessly, making sure kitchen drawers close silently every time.

Extra Deep Drawers

The main kitchen manufacturers in the UK make their drawers 450mm deep. Here at Wren Kitchens, we have made our drawers 500mm deep. This gives you 10% extra space in every drawer. Rolling pins, carving knives will only fit in a normal kitchen drawer diagonally however when put into our kitchen drawers, they will go in properly.

Extra Deep Wall Cabinets

Have you ever tried to fit a dinner plate into your kitchen wall cabinet and found that the door won't close? Here at Wren Kitchens, we have made our wall cabinets deep enough to fit a large dinner plate.

Concealed Wall Hanging Brackets

Standard wall hanging brackets are cheap to produce and not very aesthetically pleasing. Wren Kitchens have decided to use the much more expensive, concealed wall hanging brackets. These are much better than the old fashioned cheap version in that you don't notice it sticking out. An added bonus is that it is easy to adjust during the installation of your wall hanging kitchen cabinets.

Convenient Service Gap

We have added a service gap at the back of our kitchen cabinets. This is very useful to have as all the pipes and wires behind your kitchen cabinets can be hidden away.

Everything mentioned above is our standard kitchen cabinet specification, which we're sure goes beyond both your expectations and way beyond the specifications of our competitors' price equivalent kitchen cabinets.
