Hi,
I sent an email on Saturday but don't think you received it so thought I'd try again!
Basically I wanted to say what excellent service I have experienced thus far and that if the product is anywhere near as good as the service level then I'm looking forward to receiving a great kitchen!
I had the pleasure of dealing with Lisa Stoppani - firstly by email and then by telephone to complete the order process. She picked up on a number of shortfalls within the planner driven order list I have created, firstly handles (insufficient / wrong from the online planner) and then base board (which the planner had overestimated). Lisa then assisted with a few tweaks, including returns and customer panels to allow me to create the full central island based on drawings I had created and emailed.
Nothing seemed too much trouble, and I got the distinct feeling that she was working on my behalf and in my interest, rather than just trying to sell a kitchen J. Her product knowledge and attention to detail was simply excellent, and her telephone manner made the order process simple and 'a joy' to do.
Please can you convey my commendation to Lisa, and if the rest of the team works in a similar manner with a similar ethic then I can only see Wren going from strength to strength. It really is a breath of fresh air in today's world to deal with a business / a representative that has product knowledge and above all coveys that they actually care about what they are doing...
