Wren Kitchens - making your dream kitchen a reality

Following your customer service telephone call to me today asking for feedback I would like to say thank you very much for an excellent service all round - from the initial sale to delivery. The product is of an exceptionally high standard; so much so, that our self-employed joiner and kitchen fitter is recommending Wren to all of his customers. In our opinion the quality is infinitely better than B&Q, Magnet, Ikea and the like.

We purchased our kitchen from Stevenage on the recommendation of a friend. Tom Paton, our sales guy was excellent - as a sales professional myself, it was refreshing to receive guidance and advice without the 'hard sell'; something which is all too prevelant in your industry. Tom was also very patient when we made some alterations to the kitchen after the order had been placed.

The delivery was also to be recommended - the delivery guys ( I forget their names) were very helpful, bringing the boxes into the house and arranging them as necessary despite the long drive from depot - very refreshing in this age of health and safety!

A very happy customer who would recommend Wren to anyone.
