My wife and I visited your Howden showroom today for the first time, after a friend had recommended you. I just wanted to say thank you to your staff for making it an enjoyable and informative visit.

We were very impressed with the products and very impressed with the treatment we received. Your young lady on reception was excellent and gave up her time to explain things fully, and was was polite and helpful.

It is all to easy for customers to contact businesses with complaints but I think its important to express satisfaction too!

We will certainly be back to see you and will be recommending you to friends.
