We recently installed a kitchen supplied by Wren. The store had just opened but despite being only the second day and staff were still getting used to the computer system we successfully planned what we required for our kitchen.
Delivery was excellent and efficient. The only annoying problem was the handles we received were not the handles we ordered. We returned them and waited for the order to be replaced, unfortunately we still received the wrong ones. After visiting the showroom and physically pointing out what we required the correct handles were eventually received. We suspect that the problems on identifying the handles required was because of the poor presentation on the computer. It was very difficult for customer and staff to identify what was required. Clearer definition is needed.
We must particularly complement the suppliers of the worktops. They were most efficient when measuring and final delivery and fitting was accomplished with true professionalism. Our faith in the British workman was restored.
The kitchen was fitted within 2 weeks and there were only one or two problems but generally all went well. The quality of the units is excellent and in fact we have recommended you to a few friends, one of whom will definitely be ordering from you in the New Year. A few photos are attached (please note the innovation to the centre unit, Wrens don't cater for dogs!)
