Hope this gets through the e-mail wall. Received the order today. It turned up as promised around 1300hrs. The delivery guys were great. I've only unboxed the floor units so far but they are great. Apart from the fact I think they're good, Mrs Hall loves them and is wondering how we can take them if we move. I had a quick look at the sink and it looks a good bit of kit - thanks for making sure it got on the order.
I'd like to write a structured letter to your management. Have you got a name - MD or CEO perhaps? I'm on target to get the job completed by the close of Easter week-end and I will have only had to take two days off - pretty pleased with myself, you (& your company) and as it happens the worktop company who phoned me up to ensure I was ready for them to template on Monday.

I recently purchased kitchen units from your range. Being a keen do-it-yourself and one that has bought and installed several kitchens in my premises over the years, I felt compelled to write.
It is difficult to know where to start. My first experience was (having found you on the web), speaking to your sales and design colleague Paul. Paul is in my view and experience, one of a rare breed in this field. Not only was his knowledge of your product excellent but his ability to practically apply that knowledge was (in my experience) verging on astonishing.
Considering we were conversing on the telephone and exchanging e-mails and plan alterations, the fact that we arrived at a situation where I ordered and you supplied 23 units (either base or wall) that were perfect in every way is a considerable achievement.
The quality of what is in fact, your cheapest product, is little short of fantastic. The standard and thickness of the carcasses, are testaments to both a non-compromising product strategy and a production process that (I suspect) would achieve the highest recognition in terms of quality assurance in industry. The solid oak doors, were perfect in every way. The timber used, colour match, production standard (including machining, finishing and fitment) were all first class.
Delivery was quoted as up to three weeks but in fact was delivered in less than two; made all the more remarkable by the fact that not only was I given a date but also an approximate time of 1300hrs. With your factory being in Humberside and me in the south east corner of the M25, imagine my amazement to see the lorry turn into my road at 1307hrs on the given day.
I could go on waxing lyrical but (as the saying goes) 'every picture tells a story don't it?', so below are some shots I took of the installation:
Well done. An amazing product at an unbelievable price. You will see that I had a graphite top installed, which I sourced locally. It cost almost as much as all the units you supplied.
