Wren Trade External Sales Representative - Sheffield

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Salary: Negotiable
Hours: 44 Hours per week.
Job Summary
To pro-actively recruit new business trading accounts and maximise sales, offering exceptional service whilst promoting Wren Kitchen Products and services including creating enquiries and orders from new and existing customers.
Main Responsibilities
- To achieve minimum of five new trading accounts per day with sales & KPI targets in line with expectations.
- Participate actively in any on-line customer planning assistance & action visits to customer's homes for home measures & customer service as required.
- To work as part of the Wren team, communicating daily to ensure a good working environment & ensuring the team offer continuously exceptional customer service.
Principle Activities
- Work within the ethos of the company
- To treat your colleagues with respect & help them carry out their job to the best of their ability.
- Working hours will be 8am-5pm Monday - Friday and 9am-1pm Saturday.
- No holidays are to be taken during peak trading periods. (October and November)
- Constant use of Appointment diary to ensure timely appointments with a minimum of two appointments per day.
- Ensure the service levels of you & your colleagues are exceptional quality without fail.
- Ensure presentation standards, point of sale & cleanliness of company property is exceptional at all times.
- Ensure all Quotations, account applications & unsold quotations receive a follow-up call within 24 hours.
- Utilise all available resources, firstly to attain sale completion & also to ensure we are meeting the customer's needs.
- Be fully aware of your own & the stores KPI performance e.g. Sales, Conversion rate, Accessory sales, Appliance sales etc.
- Ensure you utilise all necessary documentation & complete fully, daily
- Log details onto the system (eg: customer log, customer requirements sheet, customer charter)
- Be constantly aware of store & company sales performance.
- Nurture your relationship with all other departments e.g. Operations, Delivery network & Head office.
- Participate in your weekly review with your manager, use this opportunity to discuss any training requirements you feel will assist in your development.
- Ensure you are achieving & exceeding your Sales & KPI targets.
- Participate in any local incentive campaigns.
- Maintain awareness of new product development, new initiatives & all promotional activity (e.g. press / internet ads etc)
- Respond & implement any action points or directives from senior managers.
- Ensure Health & Safety of self, customers & colleagues is not at risk, taking all reasonable steps to ensure safety in the workplace.
- Adhere to all company policies & procedures.
- Undertake any required training & development & if required assist with the development & set up of other stores.
