Wren Kitchens

The kitchen I ordered was delivered this week as promised. Very good communications throughout the process (from ordering to delivery). Very impressed with packaging. Only opened three of the units but I am highly satisfied with the quality and workmanship.

You have got it just right and address the customers needs. Great service and a top quality product at a very good price.

I have already passed on my recommendations to friends and work colleagues and will continue to do so.

I would just like to say that how satisfied I have been with the whole process from planning to ordering extras that have arrived when promised. The kitchen we have had fitted from Wren is excellent quality, planning service was great and the delivery was also brilliant.

We are impressed with the quality and so was the kitchen fitter who fitted it for us in fact he said he would be very pleased to have the opportunity to fit other Wren kitchens.

Thank you all, design, delivery and customer service for all your help in completing my 'dream' kitchen.

We went to the Howden showroom. Keith looked after us ( I am not an easy person to do business with!). He was marvelous.

We ordered the kitchen and then i started panicking. It was too cheap, it would not arrive, it would be rubbish etc etc!! Vicky then rang with a delivery date, confirmed the time slot a few days later and i still was stressed.!! Still not believing things would go to plan.

The delivery men then rang on the day to say they were 20 mins away. They too were marvelous and checked everything off.

Calming down a bit by now! We unpacked the assembled units with doors on, everything absolutely fine. My husband then fitted it . Two weeks from ordering it, it is fitted and working. Panic and stress over!!!

The quality is superb which makes the price even sweeter. A very big thank you to you all.

We have had our York kitchen installed and am really pleased with it. Our kitchen fitter was very impressed with the quality of the kitchen. He would be very pleased to fit a Wren Kitchen again, and he has fitted lots of other kitchens. I can recommend him. I have recommended your kitchens to another friend.

The customer service department were very helpful when I had to re-arrange my delivery date. The delivery boys were on time efficient and very polite.

I ordered the kitchen in December and at the time was told it would be 8 weeks for delivery, but received a phone call to say that they can deliver early January - I received excellent service from the Stevenage store and in particular the sales rep Dave who has answered any queries (prior & after sale) I had.

I am very pleased with the supply of the kitchen which is really good quality - I would 100% recommend your company (I actually already have).

There was 2 guys who delivered the kitchen and I have to say that they were very good as well, checking everything and making it was all OK.

Just a few quick words to say “thank you” for your excellent service when we were looking to purchase a new kitchen.

When we went to visit the showroom, we were left to browse at our own leisure with no hard sale reps hassling us, but once we needed help and assistance there was a sales person to help. The sales person (Martin) was very helpful and thoughtful throughout our visit. We were astonished with the quality of the kitchen showroom, the choice of style, gadgets and colours were outstanding.

Customer service rang a couple of days before the scheduled delivery to advise that the cooker hob we had ordered was out of stock, which gave us time to order the hob from another source to ensure that the kitchen would all be completed.

Delivery of the kitchen units was as on the date promised, the delivery people were happy to carry the boxes and put them where I had requested with no fuss.

The whole process from visiting the show room, sitting down with the sale person and designing our kitchen online, ordering the kitchen and delivery of the kitchen was all very professional and hassle free.

Has you can see from the pictures, our kitchen is fully installed, the design and quality of the units are first-rate, which has totally transformed our kitchen.

Thank You Wren for your superb and proficient service throughout, we will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.

As you can see from the pictures my new kitchen from yourselves is fantastic and I'm extremely happy with the finished product. The quality is great and has exceeded my expectations for the price.

From order it took 4 weeks to be delivered and the guys that delivered were on time and really helpful in putting the boxes where i wanted them.

I experienced a few hiccups during installation due to a sink being delivered with a fault but customer service were really helpful in resolving promptly.

I would highly recommend your products to anybody.

Having searched the internet, visited a number of kitchen suppliers and received some very expensive quotes we decided to order from Wren. We ordered a sample door used your online planner and spoke to customer services who were very helpful. The whole process was so simple and not a pushy sales person in site.

My kitchen arrived when I was told it would and the delivery guys were very helpful and polite.

To say we were pleased and amazed at the quality is an understatement thank you! A company that actually' does what they say on the tin' and delivers a quality product and service. Once again thank you to all the team at Wren, I now love my kitchen again.

We were going to only change the doors on our old kitchen, but the price from Wrens was fantastic. We heard about them from a local radio station so went and had a look, the showroom was big and looked good, every kitchen on show had its own laptop to let you do some planning customer service was excellent they knew what they were talking about they were not pushy and were extremely helpful. Paul the guy that helped us with the planning was excellent, you can down load your kitchen plan at home and change detail etc (great idea). We did a last minute change emailed it back and it duly arrived. When the kitchens arrive they come ready built packed in boxes, the guys that put the kitchen in were really impressed no damage to any of the units nothing missing, on time and very good quality. From our experience here is a company that for once delivers what it promises high quality goods at a great price, its worth the trip 5 stars (already) recommended to friends.

Just a brief note to thank you for supplying my kitchen. From order to delivery took under 4 weeks and Wow, what a kitchen, couldn't believe the quality for the price. The kitchen fitter was also impressed and kept commenting how well built the units were. Your claims of quality and price are certainly true and as the saying goes 'it does exactly what it says on the tin'. Need to order a couple more wall cupboards so will be in touch.

Hope this gets through the e-mail wall. Received the order today. It turned up as promised around 1300hrs. The delivery guys were great. I've only unboxed the floor units so far but they are great. Apart from the fact I think they're good, Mrs Hall loves them and is wondering how we can take them if we move. I had a quick look at the sink and it looks a good bit of kit - thanks for making sure it got on the order.

I'd like to write a structured letter to your management. Have you got a name - MD or CEO perhaps? I'm on target to get the job completed by the close of Easter week-end and I will have only had to take two days off - pretty pleased with myself, you (& your company) and as it happens the worktop company who phoned me up to ensure I was ready for them to template on Monday.

I recently purchased kitchen units from your range. Being a keen do-it-yourself and one that has bought and installed several kitchens in my premises over the years, I felt compelled to write.

It is difficult to know where to start. My first experience was (having found you on the web), speaking to your sales and design colleague Paul. Paul is in my view and experience, one of a rare breed in this field. Not only was his knowledge of your product excellent but his ability to practically apply that knowledge was (in my experience) verging on astonishing.

Considering we were conversing on the telephone and exchanging e-mails and plan alterations, the fact that we arrived at a situation where I ordered and you supplied 23 units (either base or wall) that were perfect in every way is a considerable achievement.

The quality of what is in fact, your cheapest product, is little short of fantastic. The standard and thickness of the carcasses, are testaments to both a non-compromising product strategy and a production process that (I suspect) would achieve the highest recognition in terms of quality assurance in industry. The solid oak doors, were perfect in every way. The timber used, colour match, production standard (including machining, finishing and fitment) were all first class.

Delivery was quoted as up to three weeks but in fact was delivered in less than two; made all the more remarkable by the fact that not only was I given a date but also an approximate time of 1300hrs. With your factory being in Humberside and me in the south east corner of the M25, imagine my amazement to see the lorry turn into my road at 1307hrs on the given day.

I could go on waxing lyrical but (as the saying goes) 'every picture tells a story don't it?', so below is one of the shots I took of the final installation:

Well done. An amazing product at an unbelievable price. You will see that I had a graphite top installed, which I sourced locally. It cost almost as much as all the units you supplied.

I just wanted to email in and let you know what a wonderful job you have done with my kitchen. I am really pleased with the way it has turned out and will definitely be telling all my friends about Wren.

The cabinets arrived exactly when promised and my fitters told me they are really easy to install. I've passed your details onto them and I think they will be coming to have a look.

I've included a few pictures for you to put up on your website - I hope you will be able to use them.

When we arrived at Howden, we were very impressed with the buildings, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. When we went up to the kitchen showrooms, well, what a really well planned layout, each design could be viewed as a proper kitchen, that was most helpful. We also thought the comparison of units from other companies, was a good selling point.

Peter was very attentive, and helpful in the design of our kitchen. The kitchen was delivered on the stated date by two very helpful men. All the cabinets were well packed, there was slight chipping on the cut side of the work surfaces.

The kitchen was installed by an old chippie friend of ours, in a day and a half. We are so pleased with the kitchen, and it has been greatly admired. We have told Peter that if anyone in the vicinity wants to see what a Wren kitchen is like, they are very welcome. We felt there should be some emblem or I.D. to say that it is a Wren Kitchen, we thought a farthing would be a good mark, but then thought the youngsters would not know what a farthing was.

The kitchen is almost finished and I thought I would let you know how it has worked out.

I am very pleased with the way you personally handled my order, the speed with which the kitchen was delivered and the superb quality of the units, doors and appliances.

My kitchen fitter is very impressed with the units and he told me it is one of the best products he has fitted. This is a wonderful endorsement as he has fitted many kitchens during his long career as a fitter and joiner.

I must also point out that the delivery guys were very good and managed to get everything into to a relatively small space.

Wren team have certainly provided service excellence.

Just to let you know our Wren Kitchen was delivered yesterday as promised. We haven't opened all the boxes up as they are well packaged and we don't need them just yet, but we did open a couple to see what they were like, and my husband and I are very pleased, the standard of your service has been excellent, and I will certainly be recommending Wren Kitchens to others.
