- Do you have a showroom which I can visit?
- Yes, we do. Please click here for directions and opening times.
- How do you work out your pricing?
- The price per cabinet includes the carcase, door, hinges and legs.
- Do you offer finance?
- Yes, we do offer an interest free credit solution. Ask in store for full details.
- Can you help with the design of my kitchen?
- Yes, we can help. There is a design tool online so you can plan your own kitchen but if you run into any problems, we have a design department who are happy to help.
- Do you offer a home measurement service?
- Yes, we currently do offer a home measurement service. For more information or to book a home measure, please contact your local Wren showroom or call our customer service team on 0845 404 1000.
- When I order a kitchen, will it arrive flat-packed?
- No - the carcases are already put together with the doors and hinges already in place. The only parts which will need fitting are the legs and handles.
- How much will I be charged for delivery?

- How quickly will you be able to deliver my new kitchen?
- Delivery times are described on our Delivery Information page.
- How thick are the kitchen cabinets you supply?
- All the carcases we supply are made from 18mm thick MFC.
- What does MFC stand for?
- Melamine Faced Chipboard.
- What does MDF stand for?
- Medium Density Fibreboard. We mainly use MDF for cabinet doors, cornice and pelmet.
- Do you sell integrated and/or free standing appliances?
- Yes, we have a wide selection of both. Look in our appliances section to see our full range.
- How thick are the worktops which you sell?
- The laminated and the solid wood worktops are 40mm thick and the Egger is 50mm thick.
- What happens if one of my appliances fail?
- We only sell branded appliances which all come with at least a 12 month manufacturer guarantee. If for any reason you do experience a problem then just contact the manufacturer directly. Alternatively you can contact us for guidance and help resolving the problem.
- How will my kitchen arrive?
- Each cabinet comes securely packaged which helps to ensure it will reach you in perfect condition.
- If I require 30 or more cabinets, can you still deliver on time?
- Yes, no problem.
- I have very restricted access, can the unit be dismantled for ease of movement?
- Unfortunately you won't be able to dismantle your kitchen cabinets. This is because during the manufacturing process, we use a special bonding process to maximise their strength. If you see there being a problem with access to your property, it is your responsibility to inform our team prior to the delivery date.
- My water supply service comes from a specific side of the cabinet when it is fitted. Do I need to modify this kitchen cabinet?
- Yes, as every kitchen is different we are unable to hold stock for this such case.
- Does the sink come with a waste kit?
- Yes, with each sink you will receive the strainer waste or plug and fitting kit. We offer plumbing kits as an additional option, if required. Please see product information page for exactly what is included with each sink.
- Can you cut the worktop to a customised size?
- No, unfortunately we can only supply worktops in the lengths specified on our website.
